Before Cafe Elena welcomed its first guests in Columbus in 2020, Elena had spent more than 35 years cooking and baking professionally in her native Russia. What began in the U.S. as food shared with friends and family grew into the café she runs with her daughter, Lana.
That experience lives on in a bakery shaped by European tradition—from delicate pastries and layered tortes to custom celebration and wedding cakes. Fine-quality ingredients and carefully balanced flavors are at the heart of Elena’s approach.
